LesAvis is a community-driven online reviews platform. Our mission is simple : help consumers make informed decisions based on the real experiences of other users, and give companies a direct channel to engage with their customers.

Our approach

Reviews published on LesAvis are written by members of the community. We automatically filter obvious abuse, but we do not verify each individual claim : it is the diversity of feedback that makes the platform valuable. Companies can claim their page free of charge to reply to reviews and share their side of the story.
